• Using the Lo Pan compass to determine the quality of the Qi residing at the front and back of the property.
• Draw and calculate a Flying Star chart specific to your property which will determine the internal quality of the Qi in each area of your home.
• Determine the Gua number of the residence to establish the most favourable direction for each principal occupant.
• Fully written report of the findings. This will highlight favourable locations for each of the principal occupants. It will locate amongst other things, favourable areas for study, and the most auspicious directions for the owners of the property.
• Charts for your property which display the predictive energy changes in house for the following 12 months.
• A follow up visit to your home to discuss in further detail the findings of the report, and to address any questions arising from it. This personal visit will last for up to two hours. Visits outside a radius of 50 miles from my business address will be subject to payments by you of travelling expenses.
• A monthly update of the movement of the energy for a period of one year dependant on your residing in the same property during this time. This includes a short written report detailing the movement of Qi within your property on a month by month basis.
• Loyalty discount of 15% Should you use my services in order to identify an auspicious property, or to carry out a feng shui audit on a new property, you will be entitled to a 15% discount from my normal rates.
• If you are thinking of moving to a new property using FengShui principles, I can help you make a suitable choice. I will look at locations, external environment and where possible, internal environment. This would consist of a verbal, on – site consultation.
