My Approach

OrangeWhen first invited to consult on a property. I take into consideration its location and the external land formation.

It is important to discuss with clients why they feel they need a consultation. What are they looking for? What are their objectives? What are the problem they are experiencing?

If clients do not call me in to help them with the selection of a property prior to a move, I am often requested to assess a building shortly after people move in, or during the renovation process.

People often experience huge changes in their lives after moving house, favourable or unfavaourable. As a feng shui consultant my experience has been that clients call me in after a series of unexplainable misfortunes have occurred, relating to finances, health or a breakdown of relationships within the family.

Shops and Offices

Location, location, location, is the mantra usedwhen trying to find commercial premises for clients. The success of your business is dependent on the flow of customers passing by. We have all seen shops that continually experience a change of tenants, and never seem to become successful. It is of the utmost importance that retail outlets, or office premises, be located in areas where they will receive the most beneficial flow of energy, in the form of traffic and people.
Feng Shui consultations can take anything from 3 hours to several days to complete depending on the size of the property, and the requirements of the client.

A written report is supplied with all consultations, apart from House Buying Surveys, which come with on the spot feedback. A maximum of 5 houses a day can be viewed.
